Alpine Township Properties are described below. Some of the facilities can be rented by residents when not being used for Township functions. There is no smoking or consumption of alcohol on Township premises. All reservations must be arranged through the Alpine Township receptionist Beth Alt at 616-784-1262. Reservations can be made by telephone or in person during normal business hours.
The Alpine Township Meeting Room at 2555 Alpine Ave. NW is reserved for Township and Library meetings. If available, it can be used by Community Associations such as Condominium Associations or Alpine Township Service Associations, or Educational Associations such as Kent/MSU extension. A fee rental fee and/or deposit may apply.
The Alpine Township Community Room located at 2015 7 Mile Road NW is used primarely by Senior Citizens and the Historical Society. When not used, it can be rented by any Alpine Township resident. The room has a capacity of 45 persons, (90) if used meeting style. Cost for rental is $75.
