Alpine Township has three rooms available for rent to Alpine Township residents for family and social gatherings. The rooms are available to Township residents only. Residents can not rent a room on behalf of non-residents, and the Township resident must sign a contract agreeing to be present at the function and take full responsibility for any damage.
The cost of rental is $100. Please call the Township office (616) 784-1262 for availability. Service or consumption of ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR RED PUNCH IS PROHIBITED. SMOKING is also PROHIBITED in the public buildings. All garbage and refuse are to be taken with you when you leave.
The capacity of the three rental rooms has been set by the Township Fire Chief to be 50 persons when seated at tables and chairs. Tables and chairs are furnished for 45 people.
Rental is for ONE day only from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Setup and clean up must take place within the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. on the rental day; no setup is allowed the day before the rental contract begins.
